Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping Information

  • Shipping Fee: Rs. 199 only. Enjoy FREE delivery on orders above Rs. 1,980.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 working days. However, during high-demand periods, it may take up to 7 working days.

  • Order Confirmation: First-time customers will receive confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp from our support team.


Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. Here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds to make things right:


1. Return & Warranty Period

  • We offer a 7-day warranty from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original state will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Customers are required to send the item back using a traceable courier service at their own expense to our return address.


2. Defective or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.

  • Faulty items must be returned within 7 days in their original packaging with all tags/accessories intact.

  • We will resolve such issues at no additional cost to you, wherever applicable.


3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are offered based on stock availability.

  • To request an exchange (size, color, or item change), please fill out the form at the bottom of the page.

  • A rider will deliver the new product and collect the previous one.

  • Exchange courier charges: Rs. 350 (covers both pickup and delivery).


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 2–4 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are made via bank transfer only.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, even for items marked with "Free Delivery," as these are included in the item’s price.

  • In rare cases, refunds may be issued based on valid return tracking proof, even before the item is received.


5. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers must cover the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or the error was ours.

  • Please use a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery of returns.

  • NUVORA is not responsible for lost return parcels.


6. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges

  • If a return or exchange is due to a change of mind or incorrect order placement, shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • Even when an item qualifies for “Free Delivery,” the shipping cost is included in the product price and will be deducted if a return is requested.

  • Shipping fees are only refunded if the error is on our side (e.g., faulty item, wrong product sent).

  • Once submitted, our support team will review your request and contact you to confirm the next steps.

  • Ensure the product is ready for pickup and meets all return conditions.
