We may decline or cancel orders at any time, for any reason—including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Before confirming an order, we may ask you to provide additional information for verification purposes (e.g., phone number, address, or payment details). Failure to respond within 2 days may result in automatic cancellation.

While we strive to display accurate prices, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify your order and notify you accordingly, even if your card has been charged.

6. Payment Security & Fraud Prevention

To prevent fraudulent activity, we may validate your payment details before processing the order. This may involve verification of your identity or billing address.

If we suspect unauthorized or high-risk activity, we may cancel the order without notice. We are not responsible for any delays caused by such verifications.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of this Site or services provided by NUVORA shall be resolved through arbitration, as per the applicable laws of Pakistan. The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral third-party arbitrator with experience in e-commerce or IT, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.

The arbitration venue will be Lahore, and proceedings will be conducted in English. The arbitrator’s decision will be binding and enforceable in any competent court.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.

10. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will end immediately, and we may deactivate your account and remove any associated content. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination.

If you’re dissatisfied with any part of the Site or these Terms, your only remedy is to stop using our services.
